The Beers Family
Like Bob, the Beers family has always been very active in the community. Sarah, Bob's wife, coordinates the award-winning Parenting Project for Clark County 's Family and Youth Services Division. This program offers community churches, PTAs, neighborhood centers, civic groups, and schools six-session weekly parenting classes.
Free plug: If an organization can provide a location and some interested parents, Sarah's program can provide a trained instructor and curriculum materials. If you have an interest in her program, the campaign office can put you in touch with her.
Bob and Sarah Beers were junior high school sweethearts. They have two children. Bob's parents, Frank and Pat Beers, and Sarah's parents, Ken and Grace Johnson, all four over 30-year residents of Nevada, are retired and all live in Sun City in northwest Las Vegas.
