I see nothing that experienced politicians have gotten us but more in debt and less prosperous (although they have done rather well for themselves). Not that I think Obama is anything but a false God to most of his followers, but normal citizens with no political experience would do a far better job than what we have......as long as we rotate them through these jobs. I believe the question was what would people be surprised to know. He said he was a heavy smoker and wished he could quit. I don't think we should hold the fact that his parent and step parent raised him Muslim agaist him any more than Huckabee was raised Southern Baptist or Kennedy was raised Catholic. He attends the United Church of Christ as an adult. Last time I looked freedom of religion was a right in this country. We know more about him than we ever knew before W was elected. First off, in a civilized country like our great USA, with some 300,000,000 souls, all we can come up with to run for president is the sad sack bunch that we have. This is surely the beginning of the end for our great society. As for Obama, give it some thought folks ........ here is a neophite, with only 2+ years of national experience (most of that in running/planning for the presidency), and he wants us to believe that he is ready to run our complex country.
