   It’s time for Gov. Gibbons to declare that he will not allow
   the cap to be overrun by the Legislature. The swimming pool
   in Carson City? Cut it. The “Children’s Museum”, Cut it.
   It’s the perfect time to cut the fat. Gibbons should veto any budget that exceeds the limit. We already know Governor Bob
   would do that.
   Let’s cut the DMV taxes instead, we know Gov. Bob would do that too!
