Today’s newspaper carries word of two related incidents yesterday… in the first, the 38th large caliber gun of the school year was seized from a Las Vegas high schooler, prompting the principal to ask for the diversion of more money from classrooms, and the Senate Homeland Security committee voted to kill my bill to increase school security at no additional cost.
