Unfortunately I missed Knapp’s program, however I have one suggestion for water authorities:

Stop filling the “Lake at Las Vegas” with potable water supply sources. Fill it with the Las Vegas wash run-off water instead of piping the wash run-off beneath the lake on it’s course to Lake Meade.

I watch the program and also I trust in wisdom of Senator Beers.

I am against the plan to drain water from northern Nevada.

I think buying ranches and farms in CA should be studied first.

At one water meet where ranting & whining about the mussels, imported somewhere from mid East, I asked what was done with them there, since seemed they’d been there(sorry, don’t recall the Sea) since Bibical times.
The esteemed Dr. was speechless several moments, then said that would need to be studied. GEORGE, IN NOMINATE YOU AS OUR INVESTIGATOR from sNV water Authority to spend 9-12 mos or ? to determine an answer before another cent is spent collecting and discussing these creatures as though they came from outerspace.
GEORGE, PLEASE HELP GET FLUORIDATION OF CLARK C. WATER STOPPED. Bless you, and THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would love to see Pat’s Pet Project analyzed from an objective perspective with all alternatives laid on the table and each examined as to their respective viability. There’s obviously a motive to the construction of Pat’s Pipeline that is not public knowledge, and I doubt it has anything to do with water. However, I can handle the Knappster’s pompous arrogance about as long as it takes me to turn the channel. Good idea; wrong medium.

As usual Corporate America rules the country. Our water authority is small compared to many Corporations out there running and directing what is going to happen here in America. I am not a fan of Government control to where we become robotic servants but I think it is about time that our State and Federal Governments do more to control these autonomous enterprizes. Citizens are suppose to be served by government and not left to the mercies(if any)of the Business World here in America.
