I introduced TASC - the Tax And Spend Control amendment - to slow and control the growth rate of Nevada’s state and local governments. It’s proven one of the differences between candidates: Gibbons and Hunt oppose, while I am unabashedly in favor.

Now, the Nevada Policy Research Institute - NPRI - has published a couple of studies on TASC.

One is a “Frequently Asked Question” document, a 15 page PDF file you can download.

The second is a response to specific criticisms made by the Nevada Taxpayers Association, criticisms which have been cited by some TASC opponents’ false statements against TASC. It’s also available for download.
