A reader emailed in a good idea for saving some state budget money.

SNWA bought those ranches in south Spring Valley and they are tax exempt. The former owner/ranchers paid taxes, and that was why their road was paved and maintained by NDOT. You see my point.

Let the road revert to dirt and save the state the 5%.
