Chuck Muth is Scared
November 21st, 2007And I am too.
Seems someone who disagrees with Chuck’s politics has turned him and his wife in for child neglect.
The first story is chronicled here… the second, even scarier story is chronicled here.
I’ve known Chuck and Gia for nearly 20 years and they are fine parents. This is wrong. Carson City child welfare authorities have too much power.

Child welfare authorities have circumvented due process.

My fear is that soon the hate crime laws will be written and enforced against the American people’s religious beliefs and political standings. Churches will be shut down and preachers and priest will be jailed.

This is of course a total flogging of Chuck & his families US Constitutional Rights.
I would be looking at serious political solution to the underlying causes of these situations ASAP.
Remember the squeaky wheel gets the grease in the State of Nevada.
Where are our political leaders when we need them?????
Public employees & departments need to be held responsible for their departmental & employee conduct. There needs to be consequences in place that hold their feet to the fire when they act UNILATERAL without any oversight or libility for harming others with ‘False Accusations’!

It seems that anyone can call authorities to submit a false claim. Not only does it ruin the persons credibility (guilty until proven innocent) but it signifies that a witch hunt has begun. People who report false claims should also be investigated. After investigation if the claim is false the party who started the report should be prosecuted.

This approach is becoming all too common. Guilty until proved innocent places a tremendous burden on the accused and makes oppression far easier for the oppressor. That is why it is specifically mentioned in our Constitution that you are innocent until proven guilty. The DMV and IRS practice this approach, thus relegating you to undertake substantial labor to do the jobs rightly left to the oppressive organization. All this with the full support of our legislative, judicial, and, soon to come, executive branches (if we compeletely lose our heads in the next election).
Like the witch trials and the persecution of the Jews, free-thinking people will be herded and slaughtered if the others (phew, they did not get me) acquiesce, through fear, to these tactics. Mickie Turner is pushing her authority in a manner that has nothing to do with child welfare. She is simply a small person exhibiting classic symptoms of small person syndrome. She does this because she can and gets away with it because she has a weak, cowering boss with no sense of child welfare either (Fernando Serrano is equally culpable). If Jeff German of the LV Sun had any backbone at all, he would be all over this. Unfortunately, this is not the kind of story he is authorized to report in detail. His boss would fire him in a minute if he tried.
I hope this generates a lot of vitriol in the proletariat. Yes, we are the proletariat if we let this type of action persist. We used to be citizens of the greatest country in the history of the world, but, because we cower in fear of our “leaders”, we can be described only as a proletariat. A government should fear its citizenry, not the citizenry fear its government. Our Constitution gave us the tools to do this, but these tools are useless if we do not use them through apathy and fear. If we do not become citizens of the United States soon, then the cowardly Mickie Turners and Fernando Serranos of the oppression will win, and, much worse, continue to proliferate throughout our “Government”. You may like this, but I studied the Revolution and the pre-WWII situation and there is nothing worse than hypocrisy advertised as authority through ignorance and fear of the victims. This case is a perfect example.
We all need to know our rights and exercise them to the fullest. Unfortunately, that takes using lawyers, which is exactly the situation they want. We have an opportunity to take back our Government, but it must be done through the Constitution and by using the intent of the Constitution and the Federalist Papers. This is what formed our country, and this is what specifically fought the type of oppression described here, even as late a WWII (but not since). Ronald Reagan was a great man with a vision of freedom and the support of a majority in America….and he could not stop it as the President of the United States. We are the only hope for salvation of our way of life.
We all need to take this story seriously. It is becoming all too familiar with some freightening parallels thoughout history.

Where is the proof Chuck and his wife are guilty of anything
November 24th, 2007 at 10:42 am
It is imperative that Chuck be allowed to know exactly who made the complaint. My guess is some Democrat who doesn’t like Chuck’s politics.
Hey Bob, is there any Legislative oversight that you can
call on to get to the bottom of this?

If this is to go forward, then may I suggest the legal/judiciary be made aware of the 6th Admendment to our US Constitution. Then again, they may not be subject to the laws of the land. Chuck and Gia should be able to face their accusers. I wish Chuck and Gia all the luck, I’m praying for you.

I wish the agencies of our state and local governments would respond as aggressively to dog barking complaints by persons that must identify themsleves.
Too much time on their hands, ala tax dollars available for this type of harrassment.
Unsigned and unidentified complaints should be taken as seriously as a complaint by Brittany Spears aginst Kevin Federline to CPS.
