The Dept. of Interior Inspector General reviewed a week of computer use logs from bureaucrat web browsing and found almost 5-thousand visits to porn and gambling websites. They peg it at over half the work week, with a cost over $2-billion per year.

An article in Time Magazine - usually a protective bastion of coddling in the service of ever-expansive government power - actually refers to the Bureau of Land Management’s parent agency as the “Department of Billion Dollar Bungling” and asks “can this mess be cleaned up?”
