Budget Exceeds TASC Limit

A study by Suffolk University says Nevada’s budget exceeds the TASC limit by $268-million. That means that even after the adjustment in revenues expected next month, Nevada’s budget will still exceed the TASC limit.

Colorado Governor Discredits TASC Opponents

They’ve been saying “TABOR was such a disaster that even Colorado’s Republican Governor wants to repeal it.”
They’re wrong.
Here’s Colorado’s Governor in the Arizona Republic proclaiming TABOR as “one of the primary reasons Colorado weathered the recession better than many other states.“
